Group Coaching

Structured 3–6 month journeys for shared growth and lasting transformation.

What makes a program different?

Programs are private, paid, and structured — a contained container that runs for 3 to 6 months. Enrollment is by application and limited to a small cohort, so the work can go deep.

The shared experience is part of the transformation. Participants in these programs don't just grow individually — they grow through witnessing each other and being witnessed in return.

When you approached me with the opportunity to join this group, my answer was absolutely yes, even knowing that the cost of this group would stretch me. I found that my absolute yes, despite the cost, reflected the growth and healing I have experienced around scarcity and my stories about money. I knew intuitively that this was going to be an experience I had been craving yet had failed to find or create in my life.

Kicking off our experience by sharing your story was powerful and deeply valued by me. You modeled the very vulnerability you were inviting us to have in this group. It made you more human and more relatable, and I connected more deeply with you because you shared your story. It shifted me from respecting and valuing what you had added to my life to feeling a deep love for you. Everything we did that weekend was amazing and deeply powerful.

I had participated in intimate growth groups of 5–8 people many times, and I was comfortable going into them and being vulnerable. What was challenging about these groups was that the other members were unwilling to be courageous enough to be vulnerable themselves, so it limited the possibility of deeply meaningful connections. What I loved about this group is that every one of us was willing to be courageously open and vulnerable and it facilitated deeply meaningful connections, the connections I had been longing for all of my life. This was the first time I felt a sense of belonging to a tribe where I would be deeply held, cherished, loved, and supported.

Thank you so much for this gift. This experience has been invaluable to me.

You don’t have to believe you matter to live as if you do. That was a radical perspective shift. Trying to install a belief that simply didn’t fit into my conditioned programming wasn’t working for me, so turning this approach upside down and asking myself, “If I did matter, how would I show up for myself? How might I experience life?” was interesting, insightful, and valuable.

Hearing others in the group share their personal struggles and challenges affirmed for me that no one is ever truly alone, although we may often feel like we are. Having my own “stuff” reflected back to me in this way also offered a different way of relating to what I was judging in myself. It’s always felt easier for me to extend compassion and understanding towards others, but as a member of a group of women who matter, I was able to take that lens and turn it towards myself with a little less resistance. And because the other women in the group saw me with so much compassion and understanding, I was able to see myself through their eyes as someone truly worthy of compassion and understanding.

It was powerful, moving, and deeply transformative to be in community with individuals who are on a similar journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth; who all held space for one another with compassion, grace, love, and support; who, by courageously sharing their stories, empowered everyone else to share theirs; and who collectively created a brave space where everyone felt deeply seen, loved, cherished, and accepted, exactly as they are.

Going into this, I had no idea what to expect. I just had to trust myself, Chantal, the other women, the process, and surrender the outcome to the Universe. And I can easily say that I’m not the same person as I was at the beginning of the program. In the course of six months, I’ve cultivated more self-compassion, resilience, courage, gratitude, joy, and authentic connections in my life. I began this program hoping that I could one day really believe that I matter, and completed it with a deep, authentic inner knowing that I really, really do.

The work we did together taught me there is nothing to fix. I am with my quirks, traits, habits, strengths, weaknesses, emotions. It is about checking in and either choosing to stay or consciously calling change. It has created awareness since I am not deceiving myself. I have the power to feel, write my story, be the change I want to see around me. To find moments of calm, glimmers, joy but also sit in anxiety, sadness. I am able to honor all parts of myself with compassion.
