AGREEMENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 21 OF THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ACT 25 of 2002

5.1  The User agrees to be bound to these terms and conditions and the parties agree that such agreement is concluded in Canada and South Africa at the time the User enters the Website for the first time.

5.2  No information or data on the Website shall constitute an offer to do business, but is an invitation to do business.

5.3  No email communication shall be deemed to have been received by Chantal Breytenbach until a response has been issued by Chantal Breytenbach acknowledging receipt thereof. An automatically generated response from Chantal Breytenbach shall not fulfill this requirement.

5.4  Electronic signatures, encryption and/or authentication is not required for valid electronic communications between the User and Chantal Breytenbach.

6.3  Any third party that would like to link their website to the Website must obtain prior written permission from Chantal Breytenbach by sending such request to chantal.brey@gmail.com, who shall have the sole discretion to determine whether or not to approve the link and if so on what terms and conditions.
