I’m fascinated by self-aware, kind, and compassionate people who want to make a difference in this world. You might have fears holding you back from taking action on your most important goals. My goal is to support you in overcoming your fears, and reframing your thinking, so you can get out of your own way, and create what you are called to create in this world. My goal is to inspire you to take action one small step at a time.

So, inspired by this idea, I decided to start this newsletter.


What does the newsletter involve?

Once every two weeks, you will receive an email from me. I will share some insights from my coaching and/or specific ideas on how you can motivate yourself. I might share what I’m currently reading or watching. I will also ask you one question to contemplate, or set you one challenge to take on for the next two weeks.
